Alexandria Rae Brzenk is a yoga and meditation teacher, integrative therapist, Reiki practitioner, intuitive channeler, and artist currently based in Maitland, Florida. Her mission is to inspire others to embrace their personal power and adopt practices that enhance lightness, peace, and growth in their lives.

A nomad since birth, Alex spent her youth exploring the forests and meadows of Wisconsin, farms and beaches in New Jersey, and rivers and mountains of Georgia. She grew up immersed in the study of movement and often carried a notebook as she contemplated the mysteries of the soul from a young age. Her curiosity for the study of the Self led her to obtain a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology. While in college, she researched adult development and aging, specifically exploring changes in cognition, social perception, and emotion regulation across the lifespan.

Alex moved to New York City in 2007 and embarked on a career in the financial industry until she felt an intuitive nudge to serve the world in a different way. In 2014, she began her journey as a yoga teacher and integrative therapist with trainings at YogaWorks and Yoga Shanti, advanced yoga studies under the guidance of Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman Yee, clinical rotations through the Urban Zen Integrative Therapy foundation, and workshops in Trauma Informed Yoga as a volunteer for Exhale to Inhale. She was Clinical Coordinator of Integrative Therapy for over three years at a nursing home on the Upper West Side, serving patients and caregivers in their healing journeys, and has enjoyed the privilege of mentoring other teachers and integrative therapists in various trainings. She continues her personal exploration of healing practices with the many teachers and keepers of traditions that inspire her every day.

Alex currently works with private clients and teaches classes both online and in-person. Her yoga classes are rhythmic and spiritually inspired, encouraging students to find a balance of strength and softness in their practices. Her private sessions are a combination of alternative healing modalities that may include yoga, breath awareness, guided meditation, Reiki, essential oils, Akashic Records channeling, and contemplative care practices.  She has guided hundreds of people in clinical, corporate, and private settings in their search for relaxation and restoration.
